Chart notes
LIMONATA well placed and outside, moved up three wide through the turn, bid on that path into the stretch and edged up late. QUICKSTRIKE tracked the pace, saved ground through the turn, came through inside of rivals, gained a short lead at the furlong marker, then was no match for the winner and held the place. WATERLOO SUNSET stalked the pace on the outside, held position on the two path through the turn, bid outside the leader into the stretch, weakened late and held the show. MIDNIGHT PIRATE hopped at the start, saved ground through the turn, came through inside of rivals and flattened out. BETTERTHENYOURX sprinted to a clear lead soon after the start, then faded the final furlong. TRANS MISSISSIPPI was no factor.
