Chart notes
LORING PARK tracked between foes through the opening half, angled out at the top of the lane, and edged clear in the final sixteenth while under steady right-handed pressure. DARK SOLUTION attended the pace three wide throughout, took the lead at the three sixteenths pole but was outfinished in the final sixteenth. FEEDING FRENZY dictated the pace throughout, prompted with steady right-handed pressure past the quarter pole but weakened in the lane and held on for show. MR. D'S LEGEND tracked the pace on the rail in the first flight, shifted out at the furlong marker but had no late kick. SR. BOM BON was caught three wide in the second flight, shifted four wide at the three sixteenths and had no impact late. KOVACS was caught three wide in the first flight on the first turn, continued out three wide into the far turn, commenced a three wide bid at the three eighths pole and flattened out in the lane. ITWASTHEDEVILSIDEA broke slow from the gate, settled unhurried in the three path through the first turn, continued far back into the far turn, swung six wide off the far turn and proved no threat. PIRATE BIRD tracked the pace on the rail in the second flight and faded through the lane.
