Chart notes
DECO STRONG stalked in the three path then took the lead approaching the seven sixteenths pole, contested the advantage off the rail on the far turn, dug in under steady stretch encouragement and held off the late arrival of AZZURRA, who settled close off the rail on the opening turn then eased out into the backstretch, gave chase from the three eighths pole, raced close in the three path of the far turn, dug in to take second mid-stretch and finished well. SLINGIN SAMMY B took the lead approaching the three quarter pole and angled to the inside to rate the pace, gave up the lead nearing the seven sixteenths and gave chase from the three eighths pole, but dropped back at the rail midway on the far turn and flattened stride the final sixteenth. GRACE ELIZABETH stalked the early pace off the rail, gave chase nearing the five sixteenths pole then weakened at the rail on the far turn. LADY MACHO settled back in the three and four paths the first turn, picked up the chase from the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn about the four path and showed little further. IMAGOODCHATTERBUG settled back off the rail then bid nearing the five sixteenths pole, raced near the rail on the far turn and showed little more. POWER FORWARD saved ground and showed only a mild middle bid.
