BOURBON COWBOY sprinted clear, held well into the stretch and maintained his advantage under a strong hand ride. PRIVATE LAKE chased while three wide and stayed on in the stretch. MONDAY CONFESSION stalked the pace and came up empty in the late going. CAROUSE was outpaced while four wide and lacked a rally. CHITTO raced forwardly along the inside and faded. WRITTEN PERMISSION was always outrun. TARUCA showed little.
