SHELLY ISLAND tracked the leader around the turn, launched a three wide bid into the lane, reached the leader in the upper stretch, dug in under pressure, took command and finished going away. TEMPTING MOMENT matched strides two wide with STORM STRUCK then angled to the rail, held on top into the stretch, vied with the winner at the eighth pole then was no match late. BODIE CODY raced off the early speed, was ridden along five wide into the lane and rallied for place. LINNS BOY chased two wide in range around the turn, tipped out wider for the drive, raced in contention then chased evenly in the final sixteenth. HELLFIRE BOB saved ground then angled out three wide, gained closer contention then yielded. CRACK THE SAFE raced in contention then checked and weakened in early stages, stayed on around the turn then had no late response. STORM STRUCK raced near equal terms with TEMPTING MOMENT then got in tight along the rail when rival came in, was taken up and lost all momentum, stayed on around the turn then gave way. BOLD TREK was awkward into stride and lost the rider at the start.
