GROOVY GIRL away alertly and stalked the leader into the backstretch while racing two out from the rail, collared the leaders three wide entering the final turn, assumed control entering the lane, and inched clear late under confident handling. GET BAKK broke sharply and raced to the lead from along the rail entering the first turn, dictated the pace in the run down the backside, battled for the lead from along the rail entering the final turn, was unable to match strides with GROOVY GIRL in the lane, but finished well to prove clearly second best. ANAAMY away well and tracked the leader one out from the rail entering the backstretch, rallied two wide from between rivals entering the final turn, steadied slightly entering the lane, but was no match for the top pair, while proving best of the rest. SILVER ARROW settled off the early pace while saving ground at the rail entering the backstretch, rallied two wide through the final turn, but needed more when called upon. HARBOUR STORM unhurried early while dropping back to trail, raced out from the rail in the run down the backside, and failed to make a late impact.
