MISS CHAMITA was settled back early, came off the inside and was four wide down the backstretch, made a five wide move on the turn, came in and bumped MARIAH'S FORTUNE leaving the quarter pole, then drew off in the stretch to prove bets under a drive. MARIAH'S FORTUNE stumbled and went to knees at the start, made a four wide move on the turn, was bumped leaving the turn by the winner, then proved to be no match for that rival while second best. POETIC PURSUIT stalked the early pace and made a three wide bid on the turn, then checked by the quarter pole and faded, held the show award. EMILY SMILES was rated along the inside and weakened, bested rest. SONADOR was bumped after the start, then went on to set the pace and gave way by the quarter pole. CLIMBER was reserved on the inside and was not a factor. TWISTED GARTER came out after the start bumping a rival then stopped after a half mile. THERE WAS AN STEWARDS INQUIRY AND A JOCKEYS OBJECTION AGAINST THE WINNER CONCERNING THE RIN LEAVING THE TURN, AFTER REVIEWING THE REPLAYS THE STEWARDS LEFT THE RACE AS IS.
