Chart notes

LOWCOUNTRY well placed and off the rail, moved up two and three wide through the turn, bid three wide into the lane, made a steady gain and edged up in the final strides. SOUPER COHIBA neve far back, saved ground through the turns, came through inside into the stretch, was blocked, angled out, closed willingly and missed. A COTSWOLD VILLAGE stalked the pace on the outside, moved up to gain a short lead through the second turn, then drifted in and was outfinished. ON BASE allowed to settle, moved up on the two path through the second turn, bid on that path and had a mild gain in the lane. BANDY'S MAP allowed to settle, gained position three wide through the second turn, bid on that path into the stretch and evened out. HEATHER'S GOLD set the pace on the inside, stayed on when challenged through the second turn, then faded the final furlong.
