Chart notes
RATIONAL lagged early, raced three-wide through the turn, reached the fore with a sixteenth to run and drew clear. SKY'S THE LIMIT was bumped at the break, lacked early foot, raced four-wide through the turn, offered a bid into the lane, vied but could not match strides with the winner late. LONSDALEITE chased the leaders while racing three-wide, moved up to offer a bid nearing the three-sixteenths pole, vied, led and gave way late. WHYNOTGEORGIA was bumped at the start, opened a clear lead soon after, saved ground while setting the pace and gave way through the final furlong. SPECIAL LESSON broke awkwardly, raced just off the leaders from the inside angled out into the stretch and gave way. COASTAL AFFAIR was forwardly placed early, steadied nearing the five-sixteenths pole, moved four-wide through the turn and was not a factor.
