Chart notes
MANIA rated a clear pace inside, came under pressure leaving the five sixteenths pole, raced near the rail on the far turn and was under a steady hand ride down the lane. KINKY FROLIC saved ground off the pace, bid leaving the three eighths pole and raced at the rail on the far turn, angled out into the lane and dug in to hold second. MISS BEE HIVING saved ground racing well off the pace the first turn, started a bid approaching the three eighths pole, improved in the three path on the far turn, drifted a bit into the stretch and finished evenly while gaining on the runner-up. JOY FANTASTIC stalked the early pace off the rail, gave chase leaving the seven sixteenths pole and raced off the rail on the far turn, though, showed little more. MIDNIGHT DRAGON raced off the earlier pace about the three path and showed little response through the backstretch. MIDNIGHT FLING rounded the opening turn in the three path then settled off the pace into the backstretch, gave chase nearing the three eighths pole then faded on the far turn. DRIVEN TO SUCCEED raced outside into the backstretch and was not a factor.
