Chart notes
COMFORTABLY COOL was sent to the front at once, was displaced early on the turn, stayed inside, regained command just before five furlongs and held stubbornly. OLYMPIQUE was hustled to press outside the winner, opened a short lead early on the turn but wasn't enough. VOODOO CAT was slow early, raced wide around the turn and outfinished the others while no threat. OSCAR WINNER raced three wide and passed tired ones in the lane. NIGHTENFORD KAZ was fractious in the gate, chased to the turn then stopped. DO THE BUNNY HOP bore out repeatedly into CONFUSION on the backstretch and was finished early. MI PADRINO hit the inside of the gate, lagged early then passed tired ones. CONFUSION was brushed then squeezed back from between horses on the backstretch. PEG'S WHITE SOCKS was outrun.
