Chart notes
LUCKY LOUIE outpaced early, advanced on the turn and rallied while three wide in the stretch to be along in time. STORM THE FIELD chased while three wide, responded to pressure in the stretch, led late but was caught. RIDING THE TRAIN saved ground, lacked room at the half mile pole, was checked as a result, was angled four wide into the stretch and offered a bid. LAUNCHED sprinted clear, held well into the stretch and gave way late. APPLICANT never menaced. CRIMSON TRACE stalked the early pace and weakened in the stretch.
