SON OF BATMAN was with pace three wide, then made a bid in hand on the turn to hit the front approaching the quarter pole, then drew off in the stretch to prove much the best while being ridden out. MANUELITO chased the pace three wide and advanced three wide on the turn, came into the drive four wide but proved to be no match for the winner while clearly second best. CIELO BLU broke outwardly at the start bumping SACRED SKY, then chased the pace four wide and advanced four wide on the turn, came five wide into the drive but had no rally while getting up for the show award. SACRED SKY was bumped at the start, set the pace while two wide, was headed on the turn and weakened. GOOD SUGAR was close up early on the inside then steadied by the nine sixteenths pole and dropped back on the inside, angled out in the drive but had no rally.
