Chart notes
COUNTESS SHANAKILL chased in the two path, angled out in midstretch and quickly ran clear late. EMILIA STRONG stayed inside, gained late and was up for the place. SWEET SAVAGE opened a clear lead midway on the backstretch, stayed out from the rail around the turn, remained clear for over five furlongs then faded between the top two. EMPRESS NEFERTITI broke slowly, was hustled from the gate, angled to the outside early, trailed in the three path to the stretch then gained some. CHANTAJE stayed well out from the rail and stopped. LA BELLA CHICA was no factor.
