Chart notes
SOUL COAXING was a bit slow at the start, raced in the five path along the first turn, rallied along the far turn, was in the four path into the lane, made a bid in the stretch and edged clear in the final stages. FLIMFLAM MAN raced in the two path along the first turn and raced back early, rallied along the far turn, took over and led into the lane from the inside but yielded late in the stretch drive. IZZY IN A TIZZY was never a threat. COASTAL WATERS raced on the inside along the first turn, was in the seven path into the lane and improved position late in the stretch run. TWISTED DIXIE was never a factor. BAYOU COLONEL set the pace for a half with a long lead then stopped along the far turn.
