BLUES ROAR broke alertly, rated just off the pace in the four path, moved up alongside A RING 'N A ROSE nearing the five sixteenth pole to challenge the lead, edged away mid stretch and finished under a mild drive. A RING 'N A ROSE saved ground while showing the way from the two path, responded to challenge from BLUES ROAR and relented in the final sixteenth finishing best of the others. PIPER ROSE tracked outside, entered the stretch in the three path and held on for show. SKY DESTINY settled at the back, lodged a bid outside approaching the stretch but was unable to get by foe late. SAVEITFORARAINYDAY rated off the pace while three wide and weakened in the stretch.
