Chart notes
TOCCATA set the pace early, was on the inside into the lane then drew away late in the stretch under a steady drive. CLEAR STEPS pressed the pace early, was off the rail into the lane and no match for the winner in the stretch run. DUPLICITOUS broke out at the start and bumped foe, raced back early on, was in the three path into the lane and was flying late in the stretch to just get up for show. CONNIE K tracked the pace early, was in the three path into the lane, weakened down the lane and lost show in the final stages. BLOSSOM ROAD was never a threat.
