Chart notes
BRITAIN'S KITTEN tracked the pace early, was in the three path into the lane, took over command near the eighth pole and drew away late under a steady drive. STRINGS set the pace early, was off the rail into the lane, overtaken near the eighth pole, began to drift nearing the sixteenth pole then lugged out inside the sixteenth pole while no match for the winner in the final stages. YONO chased the pace early on, was in the three path into the lane, made a bid down the lane but was steadied sharply inside the sixteenth pole and did not have enough left for place. TWIRLING BLUES was slow at the start and raced back early on, was off the rail into the lane and moved up in the stretch run. WIN FOR THE MONEY chased the pace early, was in the five path into the lane and weakened late in the stretch drive. LEGENDARY LORE was never a threat. JUG ROCK was never a factor. DOX BIZ was through after a half. AFTER A STEWARDS INQUIRY STRINGS WAS DISQUALIFIED AND PLACED THIRD FOR INTERFERENCE AGAINST YONO INSIDE THE SIXTEENTH POLE.
