Chart notes
FIRST EMPIRE moved up to force the pace into the turn, gained a short advantage, shook clear into the stretch and held sway under a hand ride. DEGREE OF RISK ducked out leaving the gate, raced in mid pack, closed three-wide on the turn, chased after the leader and was in striking position in the stretch but hung late. HEAVEN STREET set a pressured pace, was engaged at the turn, gave up a short advantage to the new leader, forced the issue to the stretch but6 was cleared by the pacesetter and chased to no avail. TWENTY FOUR MAMBA broke outward and bumped CONCEALED CARRY at the break, settled off the pace, chased along the rail through the turn but failed to menace. CONCEALED CARRY was bumped at the start and settled off the pace, raced two-wide and from the rail on the turn but never reached contention. SILENT FAREWELL settled off the pace, chased angling in from four-wide to the second path on the turn but tired in the stretch.
