Chart notes
VANDROSS saving ground would surge into upper stretch putting a head in front outside the eighth pole edging away late. MACHINIST chased the pace losing ground to upper stretch bidding late six wide getting up for place. WALDORF pressed to lead early then dueled on the turn extending into upper stretch battling to pressure on both sides nearing the eighth pole coming up a bit short. HALFBACK pressured the pace dueling to put a head in front on the turn battling into upper stretch wearing down late in the three path. EL GORDO NAVAS slow early was taken seven wide in upper stretch. WILDWOOD'S AFLEET was always outrun.
