Chart notes
FAST CASH , angled to the inner rail leaving the backstretch, remained along the rail, closed inside horses and was up late. EXPENSIVE STYLE brushed with PALATIAL TIMES leaving the starting gate, raced behind horses leaving the turn, was taken to the four path in mid stretch and rallied. MAGIC MULE saved ground around the turn, drifted off the rail in upper stretch, bid for the lead inside the sixteenth pole and weakened. RAPID RESPONSE , two wide on the turn, floated to the three path in upper stretch, had aim on the lead in mid stretch and lacked the needed late response. SEMPER FI reared at the break, swung to the five path in upper stretch and rallied outside rivals. THE CAIRO KID sprinted to the early lead, opened up on the turn, raced off the rail in the stretch and weakened. PALATIAL TIMES brushed with EXPENSIVE STYLE leaving the starting gate, was taken to the inner rail mid way down the backstretch, steadied and altered course leaving the backstretch and steadied lacking room in deep stretch.
