BOX N SCORE settled comfortably in the two path, moved closer with a half-mile to run, was roused leaving the backstretch, gained quickly while three wide to take the lead midway through the final turn, shook clear under a left-handed crop in upper stretch and drew away under steady urging. RHYTHM SECTION hit the outside of the gate at the start, was taken back under restraint early, moved out into the first turn, went two then three wide on that bend, was reserved off the pace while continuing mostly three wide, moved closer with a half-mile to run, was roused while three then four wide on the final turn, turned into upper stretch under a drive and safely secured the place while no match for the winner. MUD PIE was last to commence, went three then four wide on the first turn, settled towards the rear, rounded the second turn in the two path, advanced closer with a half-mile to run, was asked leaving the backstretch, made a bid outside of the winner while four then three wide on the final bend, turned into the stretch under a right-handed crop then lost touch with that foe and weakened but was clear for the show. ACTUARY (GB) settled in third position on the inside, moved out leaving the backstretch for the final time, was roused two then three wide on the third turn, chased under a drive into the stretch and came up empty. MR. FIDGET dropped back early then lagged at the rear while saving ground, came under urging with six furlongs to run, raced inside through the final turn, turned into the stretch under a drive then came off the rail and failed to threaten. MISTER WINSTON bumped with MYSTERY BANK while rank into the first turn, contested the pace on the inside of a foe while inside to the two path, came up empty on the final turn and faded. MYSTERY BANK bumped with MISTER WINSTON while showing speed into the first turn, raced in the three path on that bend and through the second turn while contesting a solid pace on the outside, came up empty in the two path on the final turn and stopped.
