Chart notes
FOURTEENEIGHTYFOUR set the pace on the inside, responded when asked and shook free at the top of the lane, then pulled away in hand. A DANGEROUS GUY vied two wide for the lead, dueled with the winner on the turn, could not stay with that rival, then dug in through the lane to earn the place spot. RIDICULOUS was bumped at the start and was off slowly, raced two wide off the pace, chased on the turn and had no rally. ADVOCATE HARBOR stumbled at the start and bumped a rival, raced off the pace inside and failed to threaten. MARYLAND BRANDO stalked the leaders racing close up early, chased on the turn, lacked a bid and then gave way in the lane.
