Chart notes
CADET CONNELLY stalked the pace on the outside, exchanged the lead to the second turn, bid between rivals into the stretch, edged ahead at the furlong marker, then drove clear late. MARKET MOVER well placed, saved ground on the two path through the second turn, gained a short lead three wide into the stretch, then was no match for the winner and held the place safe. JOHN'S ROCK set the pace on the inside, stayed on when challenged down the backstretch, lost some ground through the second turn, then stayed on to hold the show. BEAR CREEK mid pack, saved ground on the two path through the second turn, bid on that path into the lane and flattened out. TEMPUS allowed to settle, saved ground through the turns, came through inside into the stretch and had no rally. CASTLE KING was no factor.
