Chart notes
BOSS NINE was bumped at the start, settled off the leaders early, moved four-wide through the turn, reached his stable-mate nearing the quarter, vied with that rival and edged away late. GOLDEN ALE was bumped at the break, disputed the pace while racing three-wide, responded when challenged by the winner nearing the quarter, vied and gave way grudgingly late. MIDNIGHT MOJO stumbled at the start, raced unhurried early, moved three-wide through the turn and finished with good late energy. DIAMOND WILLOW was forwardly placed early, moved four-wide through the turn and finished evenly in the drive. WINTER SOLDIER lacked early speed, saved ground through the turn and failed to menace. NAPOLETANO disputed the pace from the inside and weakened after going a half.
