Chart notes
FANTASTIC DAY was bumped at the start then reserved just off the leaders early, moved four-wide through the turn, reached the fore with a furlong to run and was ridden out to the wire. ALL AMERICAN HERO was bumped at the start, dueled for the lead while racing three-wide, opened a clear margin nearing the three-eighths marker, was no match for the winner in the drive but held on well in the drive. MY GRANDPA was off slow, raced unhurried early, moved four-wide through the turn and finished with good late energy. MIXO bobbled at the start and was bumped, lacked early foot, raced three-wide through the turn and was not a factor. FLOAT ON was bumped at the break, disputed the pace from the inside for a half and weakened. WINE AT NINE settled off the leaders from the inside and gradually weakened.
