BREATHLESSNTHESAND was checked behind a rival early on the first turn, stalked the pace, came two and three-wide through the far turn then launched an all out drive in the stretch and swept to the lead a 16th out and held under a drive. CONQUER HIM was rated off the pace, came three-wide through the first turn, chased hard four-wide late on the final turn and was all out to the finish. POLYDEUCES forced the issue from the early stages, dueled into the far turn, gained command mid turn, was passed mid stretch and lost the place position late. SWEEPIN HARD raced in mid pack, was hustled along the rail on the far turn and gained steadily in the stretch. QUANTUM VELOCITY, in mid pack early, came three-wide through the first turn, chased two and three-wide on the far turn but evened out in the stretch. SECRET PATH settled off the pace, was hustled three and four-wide on the far turn but never reached contention. DADDYPLAYSTHEBLUES settled off the pace, was hustled two-wide on the far turn but lacked a rally. SHARP'S RIVER set a pressured pace, dueled into the far turn, was headed mid turn, remained contentious to the final furlong and was through. THE NEWFIE EXPRESS, off a step slowly, stalked the pace, was hustled three then two-wide from mid pack on the far turn, came into the stretch but lacked a closing response.
