Chart notes
PLATO raced three wide early, then vied outside for the lead, took over on the backside, raced well off the inside turning for home, drew off, was ridden out and coasted late. WILLIAM CROTTY steadied after the start, raced off the pace inside, chased three wide on the far turn and rallied outside for second. HOUSE ARREST stalked the leaders, moved up on the far turn, closed mildly inside and was outfinished for the place spot. PURIMETER raced off the pace, chased on the far turn and failed to respond. PRETENDANT did not factor. GIO D'ORO set the early pace, then vied inside for the lead, chased and gave way.
