Chart notes
EPIC LUCK quickly established the early lead and saved ground on top around the first turn, set the pace inside through the backstretch, saved ground around the final turn then tipped out a path at the head of the lane, responded under pressure and remained clear. GOLD HERITAGE was allowed to settle out of the gate and raced two wide into the first turn, rated off the early pace although never far from the frontend, was ridden along near the five sixteenths pole, sustained a steady bid through the lane and had to settle for second best. C MY MEISTER settled nicely two wide through the backstretch, saved ground around the final turn then stayed on near the inside and prevailed for a share. WOW WHATA SUMMER stalked the pacesetter through the backstretch, launched a two wide bid turning for home, raced in contention in the upper stretch then faded in the final furlong. CLIMB AND MAINTAIN was forwardly placed in early stages then retreated.
