Chart notes
RING OF KERRY stumbled slightly in the opening strides, but recovered quickly and was allowed to settle off the contested early pace, rallied smartly three wide entering the final turn, and finished full of run four wide in the drive to take control in deep stretch and pull clear. QUAGMIRE broke sharply and tracked the leaders into the backstretch while saving ground at the rail, rallied smartly while engaging the pacesetters three wide entering the final turn, took the narrowest of advantages into the lane, but was unable to fend off RING OF KERRY late, while proving clearly second best. SWORD FIGHTER unhurried early while dropping back to trail, commenced hos bid two wide entering he final turn, and closed willingly one out from the rail in the drive to get up for a share. METAL MAGIC away well and dueled for the lead one out from the rail entering he first turn, forced the issue two wide in the run down the backstretch and into the final turn, was overtaken entering the lane, and outfinished late. KHAIKY'S COMMAND away alertly and vied for the lead from along the rail entering the first turn, set a pressured pace from along the rail in the run down the backside and through the final turn, but weakened in the stretch drive.
