Chart notes
NO SLO MO vied inside of BALLYHOO PRINCE for the lead around the first turn, battled on around the far turn then shook free turning for home, had plenty left in the tank and finished going away. THE HAPPY GIANT rated outside off the second flight, picked up the pace late on the far turn, swung wide into the lane, gathered momentum under steady pressure and got up late for place. FREDISATEN was unhurried through the backstretch, crept up closer four wide near the quarter pole, stayed in pursuit through the lane and got edged out late for place. HURTGEN FOREST raced off the second flight through early stages, launched a bid in the upper stretch, gained closer contention then finished between rivals and just missed show. ELUSIVE raced off the top flight through the backstretch, loomed a threat three wide at the quarter pole then flattened out in the lane. HAIL MICHIGAN settled inside through early stages, hustled along two to three wide in the upper stretch and failed to kick on. BALLYHOO PRINCE vied outside of the winner through the backstretch, battled on around the final turn then tired in the drive. TIPYOURHATTOTHAT rated off the early pace, went four wide into the lane and lacked a needed rally. GREY GIANT tracked the pace through the backstretch, stayed on aound the far turn then weakened inthe lane. IRISHMAN settled inside through early stages, saved ground around the far turn and never threatened. MEKONG broke in the air, lost ground and trailed throughout.
