Chart notes
PROUD MAID MARIAN never far back, closed with a burst of speed in the six path through deep stretch under right handed urging and was along in time. SECRET PRINCESS broke sharply, dueled for the early lead two wide, shook clear on the turn, set the pace until deep stretch then couldn't handle the winner. JILLY FROM JERSEY close up early, dropped back on the turn then came on again late in the six path. READY TO CHARM battled for the early lead towards the inside, dropped back on the turn, altered course off the rail to the four path in mid stretch then finished evenly. BLACK BUTTE close up along the inside, failed to respond. ORBETTE was no factor.
