Chart notes
ROSAS WAY settled off the earlier pace about the three path, started a four wide bid leaving the three eighths pole and took over two deep nearing the quarter, raced clear into the far turn and was steadily handled down the lane. THE IRON BANK saved ground off the pace then eased out into the backstretch, started a bid toward the seven sixteenths pole, steadily progressed in the three path of the far turn and finished evenly for second. MARYLANDER staliked inside from the mile pole and moved to even terms toward the nine sixteenths, took the lead approaching the seven sixteenths, but was caught at the quarter pole, dropped back at the rail on the far turn and flattened the final eighth. BOBBYFROMTHEPALM saved ground then eased out into the backstretch, gave chase nearing the seven sixteenths pole, raced in the three path of the far turn but showed little in the lane. KATMAN QUICK settled off the pace and off the rail, bid nearing the seven sixteenths pole, raced in the three and four paths of the far turn and had little left in the lane. ABSALOM closed to the lead nearing the mile pole and rated a slim lead, was met toward the nine sixteenths pole, gave chase approaching the seven sixteenths, but dropped back nearing the five sixteenths and faded at the rail on the far turn. This race was hand timed.
