Chart notes
NAUGHTY JUSTICE set the early pace while racing off the rail and clear throughout, was well handled on the front end and moved out to the three or four path when straighten in the stretch, then kept TAPERINA safe margin to prove best under a drive. TAPERINEA was settled on the inside, made a inside bid leaving the turn, then was slowly gaining on the winner while moving off the rail throughout the stretch. SOUTHERN SMILE was well placed early on the inside, eased out on the turn and made a three wide bid by the quarter pole, then angled out leaving the three sixteenths pole but hung late. GIVEUSTHISDAY was rated early while three wide, then was four wide by the quarter pole and angled out in the lane to rally late. NOBLE PRIZE crossed over immediately out of the gate to the inside, was void of early speed and saved ground throughout but had no rally. NIGHTTIME JUSTICE was four wide into the first turn, stalked the pace three wide on the backstretch, moved over towards the inside on the turn while weakening. OCELIA was in tight into the first turn and then was no threat.
