Chart notes
SACRED PEACE (FR) was settled back early, then advanced on the turn and angled out widest when straightened, closed full of run down the outside to get up in time under a drive. KATIE'S BELLE chased the early pace three wide, came four wide into the stretch and made a bid to gain a short lead past the sixteenths pole but was caught late. MAPLELINE chased the early pace on the inside and steadied slightly by the three eighths pole, then finished well on the inside. ADMIRAL'S GARNET set the early pace towards the inside, then moved out when leaving the turn and was clear by the furlong marker but faded late. WICKED ECSTASY stalked the early pace two wide then had a steady fade. FASTEST SPIN pressed the early pace and made a three wide bid on the turn but came up empty in the drive. MOCHA saved ground and offered no response.
