GREELEY AND BEN stalked the pace while inside, was saving ground on the turn then slipped through the inside in the middle of the turn and was in a strong drive to be best in the end. EMPIRE OF GOLD set a pressured pace while two wide into the turn, was in a long drive but weakened in late stretch and held the place safe in the final strides. DIRECT DIAL chased the early pace while four wide on the turn, made a strong bid in upper stretch and gamely dug in but was outfinished in the end. FAVORABLE OUTCOME chased the early pace while three wide into the turn, was used up and faltered. MOCITO ROJO raced five wide on the turn then faltered in the stretch.
