Chart notes
TAPAGE, reserved last shifting off the inside racing to the backstretch, switched outside foes racing into the far turn while being prompted to advance, was fanned five wide into upper stretch and produced a sustained response to prevail in time under pressure. MAKE ME BLUSH, forwardly placed three deep tracking the leaders, pressed the issue into upper stretch to gain the advantage midstretch but just failed to contain the winner. A ROSE FOR RAVEN, in touch with the pacesetter prompting that rival into the backstretch, pressed the issue between foes on the far turn to upper stretch and weakened in the drive. ROMAN PHAROAH tracked off the first flight along the inside to the backstretch, shifted out four wide racing into upper stretch but lacked the needed late kick. NORTHERN PLAYBOY was rated between foes tracking off the first flight to the backstretch but retreated early. BRAD'S TIME, urged to the lead inside foes racing to the backstretch, dueled for command into the far turn and gave way into upper stretch.
