Chart notes
DOCTOR UPTOWN was well back, gained ground on the far turn and from the five path at the top of the stretch drew clear. DOT'S VISION was in range, a factor on the far turn and had the lead from the four path in mid stretch but failed to hold. BE VEWY VEWY QUIET set the pace and had a clear lead on the far turn but from the three path at the top of the stretch gave way. THE MIGHTY JUDGE was off the pace, moved up on the far turn and from the six path at the top of the stretch was up for a share. DEEP EXPLORER was up close and raced evenly on the far turn but flattened out. LEONARD'S BAY was in touch and saved ground on the far turn but had no impact. REMEMBER THE MAINE settled off the pace, trailed on the far turn and passed tired foes through the stretch. BOLD ANIMAUX was in mid pack but chased on the far turn and from the five path at the top of the stretch was not a factor. WHEAT KING stalked the early leader but lost ground on the far turn and dropped back through the stretch.
