Chart notes
OAKEN stalked the pace near the inside into the turn, slipped through along the rail entering the stretch, gained a narrow advantage before the furlong marker and proved best under strong handling. BIG OHIO trailed early, closed fast four wide through deep stretch and just missed. CRAZYCANTBERIGHTED pressed the pace two wide in the five path, dree on even terms for the lead three wide entering the stretch, battled until the final stages but was outfinished. TOTELLYOUTHETRUTH broke in front, set the pace under pressure off the rail in the four path and weakened in deep stretch. HANSENATION close up along the rail, drifted to the eight path entering the stretch and gave way. OFTEN ENOUGH was no factor.
