Chart notes
MAKE A MOVE dueled inside for command, dueled with DRUM AND DRUMMER on the turn, dug in determinedly inside of that rival past the furlong marker and edged away for the win. DRUM AND DRUMMER dueled two wide for the lead, dueled with MAKE A MOVE on the turn, briefly put a head in front at the eighth pole, dug in gamely to the finish but second best. NINTH OF APRIL chased the dueling leaders, came three wide into the lane, then rallied mildly outside in deep stretch. KINGDA KA was reluctant loading, then off a step slow, outrun early and closed belatedly on the rail.
