Chart notes
ZENFULLY ZESTY stalked from outside, went three to four wide on the turn, moved to challenge in upper stretch, edged clear in mid-stretch and held. RELEASE THE GENIE raced between runners in the second flight into the turn, went three to five wide on that bend, drifted out in mid-stretch, was gaining but too late. CHARLIE DYNASTY was bumped at the break, moved forward inside to force the pace, weakened in the stretch. SPINNING RED was outside the second flight going four to six wide on the turn, failed to rally. MASSIVE ROAR was bumped into a rival at the start, tracked inside the second flight into the turn, shifted four wide coming near the quarter pole then back in once in upper stretch, weakened. CASH CRUZER saved ground on or off the rail on the turn, came out for the drive, was not a threat. LAUGHING STORM bumped a rival at the start, contended two to three wide between foes, drifted in, hit the rail and lost the rider about the three-sixteenths, walked off. FOLLOWING A STEWARDS' INQUIRY NO ACTION WAS TAKEN.
