Chart notes
KAMUI dueled outside ELEVADO into and around the turn, led four wide into the stretch, cleared that rival with three-sixteenths remaining and drew off under strong handling. MARCO POLO chased along the inside, moved out in the stretch and outfinished FIGHT ON RON for second. FIGHT ON RON tracked outside a rival, took the turn four wide and got outkicked for the place. ELEVADO dueled with the winner from inside then two wide into the stretch, lost contact at the three-sixteenths pole and flattened in deep stretch. KHANTARO D'ORO bumped with rival at the start, entered the turn three wide, exited the bend five wide and proved no menace. QUINTECENTS bumped inner rival leaving the gate, traveled three then four wide around the turn, lugged in nearing the sixteenth pole and had little left.
