Chart notes
OKIE STRONG pressed the pace early then vied for the lead two wide on the turn and stretch, dug in gamely in late stretch and came again in deep stretch to be best in the end. YANKEE INDIAN set the early pace then vied for the lead from the inside on the turn, gamely dug in throughout the stretch drive but was outfinished in the final strides. BACKSTER BALL settled early then rallied four wide on the turn making a strong bid, vied for the lead throughout the stretch drive but hung in deep stretch. SHIPMAN'S SONG was inside then shuffled back going into the turn, swung out to be four wide in upper stretch and was gaining ground in late stretch. RONALD DALE was three wide into the turn then rallied four wide in the stretch but was no menace. CRUISIN CUE was unhurried early then made a mild rally while five wide in the stretch but was no threat. WINNERS LUCK was inside and saving ground on the turn then was no menace in the stretch. RISE UP REDHAWK was two wide on the turn then made a bid but was no menace. GO DRAG UP pressed the early pace while two wide, was used up and stopped.
