Chart notes
MAGIC CONQUEST set the pace, had a clear lead on the far turn and from the four path at the top of the stretch prevailed. IN SEARCH OF was unhurried early, gained ground far turn and from the three path at the top of the stretch just missed. ROMAN FORUM was in mid pack and hustled along on the far turn but from the four path at the top of the stretch was all out. CURLIN WORLD stalked the early leaders and was a factor on the far turn but from the five path at the top of the stretch evened out. BIG BOY BENNY had no speed and saved ground on the far turn but was no real threat. SETSON was well back and roused on the far turn but from the four path at the top of the stretch had no response. SALT MINE TEDDY was off the pace, showed little and was never in contention. HYPER WILLY was up close early but lost ground on the far turn and was outdistanced.
