Chart notes
B TROUBLE pressed the early pace and made a three wide bid in between horses leaving the quarter pole, gained a short lead by the furlong marker then slowly edged away late to prove best under a drive. STURGILL stalked the early pace and made a four wide bid leaving the quarter pole and loomed boldly by the furlong marker but hung late while clearly second best. MATERS N TATERS set a pressured pace on the inside and faded in the drive while staying on to best the rest. FALLEN EMPIRE was allowed to settle while three wide, swung out five wide for the drive and offered no rally. PRETTY BOY ELM was reserved early on the inside and swung out three wide for the drive and had no rally. TOUCHOFCHILIPEPPER chased the pace two wide and then was on the inside on the turn and weakened.
