Chart notes
THEHEATOFTHENIGHT chased off the rail and contested at a close disadvantage two deep on the turn, was carried out into the stretch but dug in for the lead past the eighth pole, dueled clear mid-stretch and was steadily encouraged to hold on well. JESS'S RESERVE chased through the backstretch, rounded the turn about the four path, was forced wider into the stretch, dug in to take second later yards and was gaining on the winner. DOESN'T MAKE CENTS surged clear at the half mile pole and angled to the inside to set the pace, drifted toward the head of the lane then weakened approaching mid-stretch. RUN RABBIT broke awkwardly then angled to the outside to give chase, rounded the turn about the five path, was eased to the seven path into the stretch and was closing well. HOLY BOLY chased inside, raced near the rail on the turn, angled out mid-stretch and finished evenly. LAMECH broke inward and hit the gate, gave chase outside, raced in the six path of the turn and showed little further.
