Chart notes
HIGHLY NOTED set the pace on the inside, shook free on the turn, responded when asked, dug in gamely in the stretch run and held on late. JAMA DILLON raced off the early pace, chased three wide on the turn, came four wide into the lane, rallied in the final furlong and got second between rivals at the wire. RED MULE raced off the pace, advanced between rivals on the turn, angled out at the top of the lane, rallied outside and got the nod for third. LUCKY AS A SEVEN raced four wide early, chased three wide on the turn, came three wide into the lane, angled in, rallied late on the rail and just missed for third. EXPENSIVE was off a bit slow, trailed the field and closed belatedly. RUNNING VIOLENCE raced off the pace, chased inside on the turn and had no rally. TIGER KINGDOM stalked two wide, chased on the turn and tired. OHANA EMPIRE raced off the pace, inside on the turn and did not factor. PHIL THE BANKER raced three wide and was steadied in the chute, chased and gave way.
