Chart notes
CAPE TOWN WILLY raced near the middle of the field in the beginning, moved up on the inside around the turn, angled out, rallied and was going away at the end. BROOK IS GOLDEN lacked early speed, made a steady gain, rallied down the home stretch, racing wide and was a clear second at the wire. ON TILT sprinted to the front, drove clear, saved ground and weakened. CAYENNE FERVOR pressed the pace, saved ground around the turn, angled out and faded. DOUBLE BOGEY challenged for the early lead and was finished early. MOONSHINERBOY lacked early speed and was never a threat. HOG WILD raced within striking distance, came around the turn four wide and faded. HONUS hesitated at the start and was never close. RACE WAS HAND TIMED
