Chart notes
DOUBLE PRIORITY went to the front, drove clear, saved ground around the second turn, drifted out down the stretch, drifted out, bumped rival and was just up. TOUCH OF GOLD pressed the pace, raced close throughout, dueled down the lane, was bumped repeatedly late and just missed. MAJESTIC SOCIETY raced in the rear in the beginning, had an outside trip, finished wide and proved no match for the top two. POWER SERVE reserved near the front, came around the second turn three wide and faded. KAMARA VISION lacked early speed, saved ground and was never a factor. A STEWARDS INQUIRY WAS CALLED INTO THE STRETCH RUN OF THE RACE. ALSO THE JOCKEY OF #3 TOUCH OF GOLD LODGED A CLAIM OF FOUL AGAINST #2 DOUBLE PRIORITY FOR INTERFERENCE DOWN THE HOME STRETCH. AFTER VIEWING REPLAYS STEWARDS DISQUALIFIED #2 FROM FIRST AND PLACED HIM SECOND. RACE WAS HAND TIMED
