ZEP was hustled along with the pace and contested even terms two deep on the turn, took the nod into the stretch then steadily handled through the lane. SIR LONGWOOD chased well off the rail early, rounded the turn near the rail and dug in through the lane to take second the final yards. BEARCAT KITTEN was hustled along with the pace and contested even terms nearest the rail on the turn, dueled gamely leaving the turn but relented later yards. JAXBRADENRISHI engaged in close chase toward the outside, rounded the turn in the four path then just missed third. CASTLE BOUND broke a step slow then gave chase well off the rail early on, rounded the turn just off the rail and closed the gap through the lane. PAGAN SMART engaged in close early chase outside but dropped back toward the five sixteenths pole and flattened in the four path of the turn.
